Overview
This online store is operated by HH METAL OG RØR ApS, a company registered in Denmark.
Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to HH METAL OG RØR ApS.
Our online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, provide customers with an online shopping experience. These products, services, and website features are collectively referred to as the “Services.”
Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer the Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced in them, explain your rights and responsibilities when you access or use the Services.
Please read these Terms carefully. They contain important information about your legal rights, including provisions relating to warranties, liability, dispute resolution, and applicable law.
By visiting, browsing, interacting with, or purchasing through our online store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our:
-
Privacy Policy
-
Return & Refund Policy
-
Shipping Policy
If you do not agree to these Terms or the policies incorporated into them, you must not access or use the Services.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
These Terms apply to orders placed through our online store for delivery to Germany, Austria, Czechia and Hungary, subject to the delivery destinations available at checkout.
Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
Section 1 — Access and Account
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country, state, or province of residence, or otherwise have the legal capacity or authorization required to enter into a purchase contract.
Where permitted by law, you may allow minor dependants to use the Services on devices that you own or manage, provided that you supervise their use and accept responsibility for their activity.
To access certain features, browse our store, create an account, or purchase products, you may be asked to provide information including:
-
Your name

You confirm that all information you provide is accurate, current, complete, and lawfully provided.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for all activity carried out through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
You must not transfer, sell, assign, license, or provide access to your account to another person without our prior written permission.
You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.
Section 2 — Our Products
We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately.
However, product colours, dimensions, textures, and appearance may vary depending on:
-
Your device
-
Screen settings
-
Browser
-
Lighting
-
Manufacturing variations
Images are provided for illustrative purposes and may not always represent the exact appearance of the item received.
Product descriptions, prices, specifications, and availability may be changed without prior notice where permitted by law.
We reserve the right to:
-
Discontinue products
-
Limit product quantities
-
Restrict sales by customer, region, or jurisdiction
-
Refuse orders where permitted by law
Nothing in this section affects your legal rights where a product is faulty, damaged, misdescribed, or otherwise does not conform to applicable consumer law.
Section 3 — Orders
When you place an order through our online store, you are making an offer to purchase the products listed in your order.
Your order is not accepted until we:
-
Receive and process your payment; and
-
Send confirmation that your order has been accepted.
An automated acknowledgement that we have received your order does not necessarily constitute acceptance.
We reserve the right to reject, limit, or cancel an order where permitted by law, including where:
-
A product is unavailable
-
Payment cannot be authorized
-
The price or product information contains an error
-
We suspect fraud or unauthorized activity
-
Shipping restrictions apply
-
The order breaches these Terms
If we reject or cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the relevant amount to the original payment method.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it may no longer be possible to stop shipment, but you retain your applicable statutory withdrawal and return rights.
Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, products purchased from our store are intended for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
Section 4 — Prices and Billing
Product prices, discounts, offers, and promotions may change without notice.
The price charged will be the price displayed when you submit your order, subject to applicable law concerning obvious pricing errors.
Your order confirmation will show the amount charged.
Unless otherwise stated, displayed prices may not include:
-
Delivery charges
-
Customs duties
-
Import taxes
-
Handling fees
-
Other charges imposed by authorities or third parties
Applicable taxes, mandatory charges, and shipping costs will be disclosed before the customer submits an order, as required by law.
Promotional offers may be governed by separate terms. If promotional terms conflict with these Terms, the promotional terms will apply to that promotion.
You agree to provide accurate and current billing, payment, and account information.
You agree to promptly update relevant information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete transactions and contact you where necessary.
You confirm that:
-
You are authorized to use the payment method provided
-
The payment information is accurate and complete
-

You will pay all properly disclosed charges associated with your order

We provide free tracked standard shipping to Germany, Austria, Czechia and Hungary, subject to the shipping conditions displayed at checkout.
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping transit time is estimated at 5–10 business days, for an estimated total delivery time of 6–12 business days.
Shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and applicable charges are described in our Shipping Policy and during checkout.
Delivery dates and times are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise.
Delivery delays may occur because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
-
Carrier delays
-
Customs processing

-
Industrial action
-
Natural disasters
-
Government restrictions
-
Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
For consumer orders, risk of loss or damage generally remains with us until the goods are physically delivered to you or to a person identified by you to receive them, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Where you independently appoint a carrier not offered by us, risk may pass when the goods are handed to that carrier, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits your rights where goods are lost, damaged, delayed, or not delivered as required under applicable consumer law.
